I’ve just discovered Up The Hill Yoga run by Judy Harrigan. So far I’ve tried the “All Levels Vinyasa” class and the “Flow & Restore” class and enjoyed them both. I was looking for something gentle as I’m dealing with an injury. Judy explained that I could modify the postures to accommodate my injury which was great. The classes were gentle but with enough flow to generate some heat with a wonderful yoga nidra at the end, divine. Judy’s instruction was clear and she made gentle corrections as needed with no disruption in the class.
The location is lovely with a new studio that is very comfortable. A gem in our community.
